Chapter XIII. Disputes Resolution. Applicable Law

Any attempted unauthorized access to the Website and any attempted fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities. Any conflict arising between ArchivIT and the User shall be solved amicably, by agreement between the two parties.

If the conflict cannot be solved amicably, the Romanian legal provisions in the field shall apply and the resolution of conflicts is the competence of the Romanian courts.
